Our client in the health care sector is seeking a Data Quality Analyst for an 11-week full-time contract in North York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting workforce data analysis. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data cleansing and auditing of historical workforce data to identify and resolve data quality issues.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst to develop and implement reporting templates for ongoing data monitoring and accuracy.

  • Automate manual data entry processes by utilizing macros and algorithms to enhance efficiency and data reliability.

  • Assist in designing and creating Power BI dashboards, executive presentations, and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into key HR metrics.

  • Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel, including the ability to create dashboards and work with macros.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

  • Advanced certification in Data Analysis or HR Analytics is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as MS Azure, Microsoft Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and Tableau.
