Nous recherchons un responsable principal de comptes bilingue et énergique pour gérer un portefeuille d'affaires crucial au Québec. Ce rôle offre des opportunités de croissance significatives, avec des responsabilités comprenant l'acquisition de nouveaux clients, l'expansion de la base de clients existante, la fourniture d'un service exceptionnel et la gestion de projets.

Le responsable principal de comptes se concentrera sur la fidélisation des clients, le développement des comptes et l'optimisation de la valeur auprès des clients à gros volume.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Développement commercial au sein des hôpitaux, gestion des relations clients et identification de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
  • Création et mise en œuvre de stratégies clients axées sur la croissance des revenus, les économies de coûts et la fidélisation des clients.
  • Devenir un conseiller de confiance, en alignant les besoins des clients avec nos solutions.
  • Superviser la gestion de projets, résoudre les problèmes et soutenir les résultats inter-départementaux.
  • Fournir une formation continue sur la sécurité, la durabilité, l'efficacité, la conformité et l'éducation.
  • Soutenir les réunions stratégiques avec les clients et effectuer des examens commerciaux et des audits.

Exigences :

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en vente (de préférence dans l'industrie de la santé).
  • Solides compétences en établissement de relations et en conclusion de ventes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Connaissance de Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
Bilingual Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an energetic Bilingual Senior Account Manager to manage a crucial business portfolio in Quebec. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with responsibilities including acquiring new business, expanding the existing client base, providing exceptional service, and overseeing project management.

The Senior Account Manager will focus on client retention, account development, and maximizing value within large-volume customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development within hospitals, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Creating and executing client strategies focused on revenue growth, cost savings, and client retention.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs with our solutions.
  • Overseeing project management, resolving issues, and supporting cross-departmental outcomes.
  • Providing ongoing training on safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, and education.
  • Supporting strategic customer meetings and conducting business reviews and audits.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience (preferably in the healthcare industry)
  • Strong relationship-building and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office
