The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (SA) is responsible for working with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements and solutions to meet business needs.  Must be able to work with diverse stakeholders across the enterprise. The SA primarily works on analytics for operational planning, performance management and decision making. This would include creation and maintenance of automated real-time performance reporting and dashboards, provision of insights into emerging trends, and provide the necessary data-driven enabling tools (benchmarking, sensitivity modelling, etc.,). While the role does not typically lead others, the SA is expected to lead various initiatives and be comfortable managing up and across.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform various analyses and research to drive growth and operational efficiencies. Ensuring a balanced approach between qualitative analytics and quantitative insights for recommendations that are practical and in line. with the current and trending business realities
  • Influence management decisions by recommending data and insight driven solutions. Translate known business risks and control deficiencies into dynamic management reports that will be used to support management. continuous monitoring and red-flag identification.
  • Develop automated key performance indicators that are on-demand and enable managerial decision support.
  • Work with Data Enterprise (DE) teams: creating and maintaining automated real-time performance reporting and ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Projects teams in support of the development of evidence, tools, techniques, and guidance that demonstrate value for money.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements/reports– verbally or through written documentation so that issues and solutions are understood. This would include effectively communicating prioritization and/or requirements conflicts to stakeholders and assisting in resolution thereof.
  • Utilize business and systems analysis for process improvement and optimization.
  • Complete other tasks as requested.
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.

Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON 

 

Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly
