Role Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Analyst is a key resource in the ministry, being a primary contact for victim serving programs across the province you will verify that programs funded by Victims of Crime and Public Safety (VOCPS) grants are providing services and reporting in compliance with legislative requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding agreements.
 

Key responsibilities include:
 

• Program Oversight and Coordination – provide oversight and administration of the VOCPS grant process. 
• Information Management - sharing data, policies and changes with both internal and external stakeholders
• Relationship and Capacity Building, and Communication - primary point of contract for all stakeholders, utilizing your subject matter expertise to maintain and build relationships.
• Financial review – Participate in the review of financial reporting and provide recommendations based on these reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• University graduation in Economics, Accounting, Public Administration, Criminal Justice., or another related field
• PLUS, a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Equivalencies will be considered on a one year-for-one-year basis.
   

Assets:

• Financial background; working knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
• Experience writing for and disseminating data for stakeholders at varying levels
• Experience working with not for profit or other NGOs
• Familiarity with grant management 
• Experience working with JOIN and ARTS

• Hours of work: 7.25 hours per day/ 36.25 hours per week
