The Maintenance Worker will be supported by the Site Supervisor, Fisherman's Life Museum. This position would fit well with someone who would enjoy working outdoors and in historic buildings. You will be maintaining the museum buildings, garden, and grounds. Engaging with visitors and assisting your co-workers with events, programs and exhibits will also be part of your role.
The Maintenance Worker operates a wide range of equipment and machinery which requires specific training that the museums provide. Mandatory training includes but is not limited to standard First Aid, Occupational Health and Safety courses, Fall Arrest and WHMIS.

This is a seasonal employment opportunity for the period between April and October. Successful candidates must have the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends, evenings and holidays. Pay Grade: MOS 07
Salary Range: $1,645.29 - $1,686.75 Bi-Weekly
