Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager, Civil Engineering in the Civil engineering industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering firm and provides services in civil and structural engineering, building and environmental science, and land surveying. Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning, executing and delivery of large to small scale residential and ICI development projects, ensuring the project is within budget and on schedule while managing the clients’ expectations Procure new projects and clients by identifying business development opportunities, understanding industry and development in the GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe area, leading proposal efforts including completing project scoping and RFP assessments Manage day-to-day client interactions, communicate effectively with clients and internal/external project teams, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction Managing project execution by providing technical direction to the project team related to grading, servicing, and stormwater management. Appropriately scheduling time and acting as main point of contact between internal and external project teams Reviewing projects for technical accuracy and completeness in accordance with relevant municipal standards and internal policies Managing project financials including invoicing, progress payment certificates, collecting accounts receivables and managing project budgets Participate in business development activities Administer contract administration, as required Successful candidates will have: Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer’s designation (P.Eng.) Minimum 5 years in a project management role within the consulting industry Understanding of the Subdivision and Site Plan review process Working knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering principles Technical understanding of applicable government technical standards and general engineering practices, processes, and legislative regulations Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills What's in it for you: Competitive Wages Hybrid role - 3 days in office Technical Development and Career Opportunities Social and Supportive Culture; and much more!
