To view this posting inFrench, please enter this job code number: 146403 Responsibilities: Supports EPMO in the application of the governance methodology Participate in developing budget planning scenarios and preparing project plan timelines and resources assignments Provide and maintain accurate baseline, actuals, forecasts, and variances to track financial project metrics within the established deliverables and gating requirements Performs various financial analyses, such as reconciliations and monthly analyses. ssists with the execution of Enterprise Project Management Office, functional tasks and supporting the production of a variety of management reports Interacts regularly with the leads/Project Managers to present various analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide project advice Help the Project Managers to maintain the appropriate resource capacity forecasting and planning Must have: At least 5 years experience in coordination and/or projects control within project management office including project life cycle Advanced knowledge in MS Project and best practices in project management and PMI terms of reference Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill Demonstrate autonomy and initiative Fully bilingual Further additional qualifications: Teamwork, interpersonal skills and good communication with different partners and clients Total rewards: Remote Work Candidates can be located in Montreal or Toronto
