Our reputable Global Client is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Ottawa on a 1-Year Contract basis with an option to extend or convert to permanent employment.
The ideal candidate will have strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset to sell advertising solutions for a leading tech client.

Start Date: April 11, 2025
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (40 hours/week, OT available)
Work Type: 100% On-Site
Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales to promote and sell advertising solutions.
• Reach out to existing customers and clients to extend their current campaigns or explore new opportunities.
• Make 40 sales attempts per day, including 3-5 full-value calls with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of outbound sales experience and 4 years of overall work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telesales is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Inside Sales: $21.39/hour + $2,500 bonus
