Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant in the Professional Services sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is your chance to bring energy, drive results and make an impact! Manage and execute sourcing activities, including posting jobs, networking, and leveraging internal and external candidate databases. Identify, interview, reference-check, and match qualified candidates with client hiring needs across professional sectors. Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support client needs. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and promotion of safe, healthy work environments. Ensure accurate and timely information in the ATS to support payroll and invoicing processes. Collaborate with Client Account Managers to meet client expectations and strengthen cross-department relationships across #teamAgilus. You are: Fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and candidates. Experienced in recruitment and staffing services. Tenacious and results-oriented – you love a challenge! Passionate about candidate relationships - you add value! Energized by candidate placements – you are a full service provider and have previous experience that translates well for this role. Results-driven: KPIs, metrics, and ratios feed positive outcomes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
