Total Rewards Specialist needed for permanent opportunity in NW Calgary! Agilus is recruiting for a Total Rewards Specialist in the post-secondary sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're actively working with our client to hire a Total Rewards Specialist for their HR team. Perfect person for this role has 5 years of senior experience with total rewards, compensation, and classification. Responsibilities: Designing and implementing compensation and classification frameworks, tools, and policies Creating job evaluation, reporting and grading frameworks Assisting employees with the total rewards program Working collaboratively with the union Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts Compensation program management, managing pension programs and leave programs Administration of benefits program and auditing programs for compliance Budgeting and forecasting Requirements: 5+ years of senior total rewards experience CPHR designation and completed post-secondary education Experience building complex total rewards strategies and programs Any union experience is an asset Advanced Excel knowledge Outstanding communication skills and comfortable with presentations and speaking to executives What's in it for you: 112K annually Location: NW Calgary Work model: hybrid (3 days in-office) Monday to Friday, full time Permanent hire
