Our client in the Information Management Services industry is seeking multiple warehouse associates to perform general labour tasks in their warehouse. This client works with documents and storage and comes from a team of flexible managers, it truly is a wonderful place to start a career.

The ideal candidate has experience in general labour or warehouse roles and is capable of lifting up to 50lbs without assistance. These are contract roles with the potential for extension or permanent employment.

Positions Available: Record Center Specialist, Imaging Specialist, Data Entry Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Locations: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey
Schedule: 5 days/week, 9-hour shifts (30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Job Summary:

We are hiring for multiple roles within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. These positions require physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong data entry skills.

• Record Center Specialist: Physically demanding role involving lifting, moving, and organizing storage boxes (25-50 lbs). Frequent standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Imaging Specialist: Seated role focused on document scanning, quality control, and data entry. Requires fast typing and proficiency with computers.
• Data Entry Specialist: High-volume data entry (10,000 keystrokes/hr) with frequent lifting of cartons (30-50 lbs). Accuracy and efficiency are critical.

General Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs (varies by role).
• Safety Boots are Required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced environments.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Protective footwear may be required.
• Must qualify for a security clearance at the Reliability level for government projects (must have lived in Canada for the past 5 years without travelling outside the country for more than 6 months)
