• Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with ASPE and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multi-currency accounting, foreign exchange risks, and global entity consolidations.
• Optimize ERP systems to enhance financial reporting, job costing, and real-time analytics.
• Drive financial automation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline processes.
• Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Strengthen internal controls, mitigating risks and ensuring audit readiness.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and procurement teams to align financial performance with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
