Develop partnerships with external engineering firms, cultivating a reliable network of pre-qualified vendors to augment internal capabilities and scale project execution. This includes evaluating, selecting, and managing these partners based on performance, expertise, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities: Manage external engineering partnerships, encompassing project design and procurement, execution (including HSE compliance), and continuous planning/improvement, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements Mentor small internal team of Engineers/technical specialists, contributing any relevant experience. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving Support business development activities as needed Requirements: Ideal candidate would have an engineering background, and significant and varied project execution experience Ideally experience in the Utilities industry or O&G either in an Engineering management role now or on the cusp of doing so.
