We are building a pipeline of talented Business Analysts for one of our esteemed clients in the educational sector, located in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to have experience both in the educational sector and with Ellucian ERP systems, specifically Banner and Colleague.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system functionality.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Ellucian Banner and Colleague ERP systems.
  • Develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet the organization’s operational needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the educational sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments, balancing on-site and remote collaboration effectively.
