Agilus is recruiting for a Property Maintenance Technician in the Property Management Industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic repairs, general maintenance, construction, carpentry, etc. Responsibilities: Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including tiling, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Manage work orders and keep records of maintenance activities. Successful candidates will have: Proven experience in property maintenance or similar role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in relevant trades is a plus. Valid driver’s license and your own transportation Must have a clean criminal record check We offer: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly Weekly pay, including 4% vacation pay Full time, Monday-Friday day shift hours
