About the Role:

Our client, a prominent player in the data engineering and AI industry, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering results.

Location: Must be located in Ontario
100% REMOTE ROLE.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary Range: $70K - $80K per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple roles, from requirements gathering to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media, and crowdsourcing platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure quick turnarounds and consistent hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and define candidate profiles.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics to align with hiring goals and plan for future needs.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies with a proven success record.
  • Strong experience with ATS and headhunting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, independent approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
