Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong project management background to support a year-long project for the deployment of a website and related technical initiatives. This hybrid role combines elements of business analysis, project coordination, and technical project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education or the public sector, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Drupal.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and providing weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Review and validate test scripts created by vendors to ensure alignment with functional requirements, and actively participate in testing activities.
• Organize, document, and plan project activities, ensuring deadlines and project goals are met.
• Support the project lead with documentation, stakeholder management, and regular status updates.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on various roles as needed, including assisting with technical tasks and functional coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, planning, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal (this is 100% mandatory).
• Familiarity with website deployment projects and technical project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and adaptability to take on multiple roles.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines).
