About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA and Business Objects Developer to deliver tailored Business Intelligence solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced data models, reports, and dashboards using SAP HANA and SAP Business Objects. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their unique business requirements and deliver solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid position based out of Toronto. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize SAP HANA calculation views and data models to meet client-specific needs.
• Design and implement dynamic SAP Business Objects reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, using SAP Data Services to build robust and efficient ETL workflows.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and clients to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring seamless operation of SAP HANA and Business Objects environments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support client implementations and long-term success.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA modeling and development.
• Proficiency in SAP Business Objects tools, including Web Intelligence, IDT, and SAC.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes, with experience using SAP Data Services.
• Advanced SQL skills and a proven track record of troubleshooting and optimizing data models and queries.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
