Job Summary:
Our Occupational Therapy program supports clients in achieving their goals to enhance their quality of life, maximize their safety, and improve their independence at home.
VON Occupational Therapist (OT) helps clients of all ages develop, recover, improve and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. They provide in-home therapy to adults after injury, surgery, or illness, promoting independence in daily tasks. They recommend equipment or home adaptations and work with them to help them return to leisure and work activities.
The OT also collaborates with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, offering client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices.
