Do you have strong background in Business Development and great knowledge of Fluid Transfer pumps such as Centrifugal or Gear Pumps?? This is the opportunity for you! Agilus is recruiting for a Business Development Manager - Fluid Transfer in the Industrial Sector in Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking a motivated an experienced Business Development Manager, focusing primarily on selling Industrial Pumps Products in Alberta. This role will be responsible for driving growth in key and target accounts, developing client relationships, and increasing market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pumps in industrial facilities and the ability to present tailored solutions to decision-makers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to expand key and target account sales in Alberta. Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Capture project requirements and document procurement cycles to drive quote preparation Manage sales cycles, from opportunity generation to contract negotiation Stay current on trends and regulations affecting the industrial Pumps industry. Also be part of associations in this sector Provide regular updates on sales activity, account planning, market trends, and progress toward business objectives Must have: Post-secondary education in a technical discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience – strong technical aptitude is a requirement This position may require to travel from Canada to the USA for training. Candidates must have the ability to travel internationally with a valid passport that does not require a visa for US entry or has a valid visa to travel to USA Strong relationship building skills and proven experience in business development, preferably within the pumps industry Strong technical understanding of Fluid Transfer pumps, Centrifugal, Gear, Screw or Vacuum Pump's Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to travel within Alberta, as customers may be located anywhere in the province 5 or more years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals Total compensation: A supportive team environment with a focus on delivering the highest quality service.
