How you will make an impact: Creating training content and curriculum to compliment and improve on existing materials Deliver content and training to partners and accountants within a mid sized public accounting firm Taking ownership of and improving on the current Learning Management System that has been recently rolled out to the company Using knowledge of industry trends and changes from working experience in accounting to create engaging and insightful training materials Successful candidates will have: A CPA designation (required) 5+ years of experience as a Manager or Senior Manager within a public accounting firm Experienced designing and delivering effective and engaging training within a professional environment Experienced with ASBI standards Total compensation: $97000.00 - $140000.00 annually Salary consummate depending on experience in public accounting Additional annual bonus structure Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Competitive paid vacation allotment + shortened summer schedule
