Internship date : May 5th to August 22nd 2025

The role we are offering you:

By joining our Global Services Manufacturing Operations team, you will participate as an Industrial Engineering Intern in the development and support of the company’s strategic projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leadership, change management, and project coordination within manufacturing operations. You will need to interact with various levels of management and employees to define, execute, and control projects. Organizational skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

Are you ready to:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Facilitate change management.

  • Conduct focus groups to collect data.

  • Analyze data and processes to identify issues.

  • Formulate recommendations based on gap analysis.

  • Generate action plans.

  • Mentor and coach project teams on problem-solving techniques.

  • Prepare progress, solution, and project outcome reports.

  • Other tasks may be assigned.

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 2 years/ 1 internship completed

Location of the internship is at 8585 chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse (or in our additional locations situated near the main plant).

Internship will be carried out in person.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
