About This Role
Responsible for coordinating activities of specialized nature coming from various sources (internal or external) involving the receipt, classification, cataloging, and distribution of CAE and OEMs produced documentation. Responsible for reading and understanding documentation Contractualor/Subcontractual Data Requirement Line Items, understanding Tech Specs compliance requirements, autonomousmanage delivery schedules.
Responsibilities require sound working knowledge of all departmental, corporate and CGR/ITAR/Classified procedures necessary to accomplish work activities. May also perform editing, formatting and assembling functions for QA forms, company procedures and CSPs.
Organize, classify and track all data sources associated with the training systems within a management learning content including correct application of metadata.
Support the experts concerned, designers of learning and courseware systems and the developers responsible for courseware (archiving, data recovery and application of the courseware specifications, etc.).
Ensure that the lesson edition concepts, the content and the graphics comply with the project production standards. Including lessons using courseware such as Simfinity.
Ability to interpret, organize and monitor the training and data material in a collaborative work environment, including the learning content and the Learning Management System.
Diploma of college studies or 3 to 6 years related experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience in a multimedia and courseware development environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and experienced with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
Ability and determination to work in small and large group environments.
Capable of handling several tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Experience in multimedia and courseware development in aviation or other technical fields.
Work organization skills, including the ability to interpret and organize the tracking of data from numerous sources with minimum supervision from the technical experts.
Work experience with technical documentation such as detailed drawings, diagrams, component cross-section drawings, photographs and 3D simulation models.
Experience of the e-learning process and techniques.
