Our federal government client is seeking an HR Consultant to provide onsite services in Kingston. This is a short-term contract until the end of March 2025.

 

Tasks (including but not limited to):

  • Assist the Senior Change Management Consultant to assess the impact of recommended changes
  • Contribute to the Statement of Work – Change Management for a contract
  • Contribute to a change readiness assessment
  • Meet with stakeholders as required
  • Report to the Senior Change Management Consultant and coordinate with other consultants on this contract.

Experience required:

  • Unilingual English or Bilingual (English and French)
  • Reliability Clearance
  • Relevant Master's degree, including specialization in federal public service human resource management
  • 36 months of full-time experience in the federal public service in a human resources capacity
  • Experience of not less than 24 months employed as an employment equity advisor, intersectional analyst, or equivalent experience
  • Having any of the following certifications:
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP);
    • International Personnel Management Association Certified Professional (IPMA-CP);
    • International Personnel Management Association Certified Specialist (IPMA-CS);
    • Successful completion of the Public Service Commission Appointment Framework
    • Accreditation in classification in the federal public service context;
    • Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) staffing certification (issued up to Dec. 2005);
