Our client is seeking to hire a skilled and reliable Handyperson to support a variety of residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Handyperson, you will handle repairs, maintenance, and installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general home repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC tasks.
  • Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to keep residential properties in excellent condition.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues, providing cost-effective solutions.
  • Repair drywall, doors, windows, and other structural elements as needed.
  • Replace light fixtures, outlets, faucets, and other household components.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure tools and materials are properly managed.
  • Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Provide accurate estimates for labor and materials when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong knowledge of residential repair techniques and building codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and climbing.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
