We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse range of technology projects. This role is responsible for managing software development, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, data and analytics projects, web and mobile development, and IT service management.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and align project outcomes with organizational goals. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies is essential, along with a strong technical background and a focus on stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development projects, ensuring Agile/Scrum or DevOps practices are followed.
  • Manage infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and scalability improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and compliance initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation projects, including AI, RPA, and modernization efforts.
  • Coordinate ERP implementation, including data migration and stakeholder training.
  • Manage data and analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance and actionable insights.
  • Oversee web and mobile application development with a focus on UX/UI improvements.
  • Implement and enhance IT service management processes and tools, such as ITIL and ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects across diverse focus areas and industries
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP and relevant certifications preferred
