Our reputable client in the financial services sector is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Specialist to join their team!
This is a permanent role based out of their Ottawa office (first 6 months in office and then hybrid model).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the advisor in managing existing investment portfolios.
- Support the development of new business by providing exceptional client services.
- Tasks include transaction processing, tracking, record keeping, resolving client issues, and preparing client files and statements for meetings.
- Develop and maintain a professional, polished manner when working with clients and colleagues.
- Provide high-level client services by supporting the advisor in portfolio reviews and financial plan development for new clients.
- Prepare and process time-sensitive instructions quickly and accurately.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage client database.
- Ensure effective administration by:
- Maintaining client information and files.
- Reviewing trades and accounts for timeliness and accuracy.
- Following up with clients and/or investment companies.
