Operational Change Manager needed for new contract role in downtown Calgary! Start in January, $90/hour and up! Agilus is recruiting for an Operational Change Manager in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're actively hiring for an Operational Change Manager to join a PMO team in downtown Calgary. This is a contract role starting in early January and running until the end of 2025. Responsibilities: Change strategy development Stakeholder engagement Creating communication plans and developing training programs Integrating change management activities into project plans Monitoring change initiatives Resistance management Analyzing data and recommending improvements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in change management related to business changes including restructuring and acquisitions Preferred industry experience; oil/gas/energy Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like organizational development or business administration Certification in change management Soft skills: Analytical mind set Outstanding communication skills Strong understanding of change management best practices What's in it for you: $90.00 - $100.00 hourly Location: downtown Calgary Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid Contract role for 2025 Let's connect!
