Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner in the Oil and Gas Industry in Burnaby, British Columbia. We're actively hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a fantastic team with one our clients in the oil and gas field. This is a permanent opportunity. Perfect person for this role has 8+ years of varied experience within the HR field and an analytical mindset. A typical day: Travelling monthly to other offices in BC, AB, and the states. Supporting workforce planning, conflict management, risk mitigation, and employee relations Supporting investigations and training Creating and updating policies Handling conflict resolution and investigations Making operational plans, helping with financials and business strategies Helping to develop high performing teams Successful candidates will have: 8+ years of experience working directly in a Human Resources role Experience working as a senior HR individual Bachelor's degree in relevant field CPHR preferred Strong working knowledge of Canadian employment laws, employment standards, and HR legislation Working experience with PeopleSoft and MS Office Comfortable travelling monthly What's in it for you: 120K - 130K annually Permanent position Attractive benefits packages from day one, pension plan, 3 weeks vacation, and bonus eligibility Monday to Friday, full time in-office in Burnaby EDO every third Friday off based on work schedule of 8 hours and 20 minutes each day, flex credits Let's connect!
