Agilus is recruiting for a General Manager in the autobody collision repair industry in Keswick, Ontario. A typical day: Manage and maintain repair schedule based on the shop capacity Coach and mentor a team a of autobody technicians, estimators, appraisers, and administrators through daily interactions and scheduled 1:1 meetings Directing the workflow of collision repair to meet or exceed customer expectations Monitor and report production hours for payroll and budget requirements Hold weekly departmental meetings and administrative reporting, as required Successful candidates will have: 3+ years of working experience leading and managing a team Strong knowledge of the auto collision repair industry, including working with technicians Working experience with both Mitchell and Audatex software would be a strong asset Working experience and understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies What's in it for you: $75000.00 - $85000.00 annually Additional quarterly bonus based on company profitability Company vehicle provided, which can be used for personal use during evenings and weekends Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Paid vacation allotment
