Agilus is recruiting for a Product Development Specialist - Cabinets/Kitchens in the Cabinetry Industry in Abbotsford, British Columbia. As a Product Development Specialist, you will support the design and development of customized kitchen and cabinet products to suit client specifications and needs. A typical day: Conduct product engineering using a CAD software to precisely create a product while accounting for all potential inputs for optimal functionality. Expertly communicate with and engage with key stakeholders, communicating ideas clearly, and fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Utilizing problem solving skills to identify issues, evaluate potential solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges while minimizing disruption. Work within time constraints to prioritize work needs, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Uphold a commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment while supporting and respecting others. Successful candidates will have: Experience engineering or constructing custom cabinetry Previous experience utilizing CAD design software. A passion for interior/kitchen design.
