Our client is a manufacturing and research client, seeking experienced Test Operators for their Computer Networks sector. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking long-term employment. This position is a contract position with the possibility of being permanently hired by the client. Responsibilities: Test materials according to process documentation Inventory control, cycle counting, and handling computer transactions Component and wire preparation; reading wiring tables Assist Engineers and Techs to establish root cause of problems and determine corrective action; work with aforementioned teams to implement continuous improvement Understand control panel wiring and able to read from mechanical/electrical drawings You bring: Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, and/or LEAN environment is essential Previous experience in inverter testing and wiring of both control & power panels to wiring schedules and drawings is essential Certification to IPC 620 is essential Ability to interpret electrical drawings is essential Experience in selection of cable sizes, types, and ratings along with application of cable termination/crimping techniques and soldering skills is an asset What's in it for you: $18 - $19 per hour Weekly pay with 4% vacation pay added weekly Consistent Monday - Friday schedule Overtime opportunities Growth and development Let's connect!
