Agilus is recruiting for a Business Analyst in the Deparment of Federal Government in Ottawa, Ontario. Senior Business Analyst to support ongoing Military Personnel Policy Management Modernization Initiative (PMMI) activities. Responsibilities: Business Analyst must offer expert advice on requirements definition, gap analysis, client and user communications and consultations, stakeholder and industry engagement, government procurement, business process analysis and improvement, options analysis, and risk management. Facilitate project approval, costing, planning, directing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring to ensure successful project identification, options analysis, definition, and implementation Requirements: Must have Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance; Must have at least 10 years as a IT Business Analyst. Must have Degree or Diploma in relevant field Must demonstrate expertise in developing system requirement specifications, mapping process flows, and conducting various analytical tasks, including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, option analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and impact analysis. Must have at least one (1) year of experience in the planning and/or implementation of an enterprise IT project within the past five (5) years Total rewards: TBD
