A typical day: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by phone and email Provide a superior knowledge of products and services Provide thoughtful solutions when solving problems for clients Assist other team members with projects as assigned Successful candidates will have: Ability to review orders for accuracy and completeness Proficiency in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Must have 2 + years in an order desk/ customer service role is preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role related to glass products or construction materials Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
