Our client is actively hiring for a permanent Senior Tax Manager to join their team. Perfect person for this role has 7 years of experience, their CPA, and completion of the in-depth tax program. Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners and senior staff to devise and execute strategic tax planning assignments. Conduct technical research and create detailed tax planning recommendations. Mentor 1-2 tax technicians / tax accountants and anybody working on personal tax during tax season. open due to growth and increasing manager headcount Oversee a portfolio of tax services clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. Review and assess tax returns and related work prepared by team members. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client service enhancements. Manage engagement financials, including budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), variances, and billing. Lead initiatives for practice improvement and professional development.
