We're working with our client who is actively seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join their team for a 4-month contract. Perfect person for this role has great customer service and sales experience, and is available to start asap! Responsibilities: Providing customer service to residents Following up with prospective residents Answering the phone and emails Scheduling appointments and conducting viewings of the suites Putting up advertisements Working on leases and applications Running market reports Suite inspections Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience 1+ years of sales experience Any Yardi experience will be considered an asset Post-secondary preferred Strong working knowledge of MS Office What's in it for you: $25.00 hourly Location: NW Edmonton Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 10am to 7pm Contract duration: 4 months Weekly payroll Ready!
