Lanark County’s – Lanark Lodge, “People Caring for People”, is a 163 bed Long Term Care
Home accredited with Accreditation Canada that strives to provide progressive resident
centered care for our residents in an atmosphere of respect that fosters independence and
fulfillment. We are currently recruiting for the following position commencing as soon as
possible.

PART-TIME ON-CALL CERTIFIED COOK
(Posting No. LL2025-005)

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have grade ten education with certificate as a Cook from the Ontario Apprenticeship
and Tradesmen Qualification Act (or equivalent).
• Recent Food Handlers Certificate (Health Unit).
• A minimum of two years experience cooking in a Long-Term Care facility as well as
appropriate literacy and language skills.
• Must meet job demands, physical and cognitive.

This position salary range is $28.25 to $29.91 (2025 rates) as per the C.U.P.E. Collective
Agreement.
