This is a permanent, full-time position that is remote-by-choice (onsite required for event days). The core hours are 8am to 5pm, with some variability needed depending on major events. This individual will work directly with the Senior Director of Communications & Engagement and will have the opportunity to interact with all teams across the organization. We’re offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package starting at 6 months.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Candidate Engagement

  • Draft email communication relating to core business updates and process modifications for clients and candidates.
  • Support in the design and planning of unique in-person and virtual events for clients and candidates.
  • Oversee event budgets, supply orders and catering, as well as prepare and monitor invites.
  • Set-up and tear down all major events in-person events.
  • Order client and candidate gifts related to events and milestone recognition programs.
  • Prepare and send client and candidate feedback surveys. 

Colleague Engagement

  • Draft internal emails, intranet posts and calendar invites.
  • Research and book venues for internal events, including associated catering and/or supply orders.
  • Make reservations for off-site meetings, co-lab spaces, etc.
  • Support with running reports and auditing results tied to incentive-based programs.
  • Plan unique onsite experiences / events across all offices.
  • Assist with planning bi-annual company-all parties.
  • Work with marketing to develop a social strategy to promote Altis’ employer brand online.
  • Monitor online reviews. 

Community Engagement

  • Research volunteer opportunities tied to our community giving pillars.
  • Execute on all sponsorship requirements for events raising funds for a charity.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to attends community-based events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies needed for our annual Altis Bocce Battle.
  • Organize quarterly Community Giving meetings, including planning the agenda.
  • Create sign-ups and organize employee and candidate involvement in volunteer days.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an engagement, communications, and/or event planning role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) and PDF documents.
  • Strong communications, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Highly creative and thinks out-side of the box when it comes to creating memorable experiences.
  • Willing to work variable hours, as needed.
  • Opening to running errands (ideally has a drivers license)
