About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex insurance solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions, driving technical strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Ideate, design, and implement end-to-end Guidewire solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Strategic Leadership: Influence C-level executives and key stakeholders, driving consensus and buy-in for technical decisions.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of Guidewire platform, integration patterns, data migration strategies, and cloud technologies.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead and guide teams in agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality results.
  • Transformational Programs: Architect and deliver large-scale, complex insurance transformation initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Full-Stack Expertise: Handle end-to-end architectural responsibilities, including solution design, data migration, capacity planning, security, process orchestration, and integration.
  • Technology Proficiency: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, adapting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Global Collaboration: Work effectively in a global delivery model, collaborating with teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
