Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Document Control Advisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Fully Qualified Document Control support, coordinates document control action items to completion. Works independently under supervision of team lead. Using strong orientation to detail and prioritization skills to provide document control direction to projects throughout the asset lifecycle. Working in accordance with the requirements of our standards and related systems, processes, and tools. This role will be best suited for a confident, experienced professional who values safety above all else, teamwork, collaboration, and taking on exciting new challenges A typical day: Resolve complex and critical document management issues during all phases of the project Produce intricate scheduled audit reports, where customized reporting is required Understands and becomes EDMS Superuser Complies with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards Coordinate with Engineering Provider the creation, issuance, completion, and turnover of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Organize, track and report on complex data Successful candidates will have: 10 years of Document Control experience Advanced skills with MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems Functional knowledge of technical systems, practices, and processes Experience working on diverse projects that vary in scope, size, and complexity A High School Diploma • Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) experience • SharePoint experience • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Total rewards: Competitive Compensation 12 months contract Mon - Fri - 40 hours per week Calgary downtown office
