The Senior Manager of Process Architecture will lead cross-functional process redesign and improvement initiatives, translating business objectives into optimal process design. This hands-on role requires extensive experience in Lean and Six Sigma, gathering information from subject matter experts across business areas, and translating it into documented process maps to ensure clear communication and alignment. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, proactivity, resourcefulness, and the ability to develop and implement creative process-centric solutions. They will also have a proven track record of identifying and influencing the creation of value streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of new processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead process reengineering activities: Provide process and programmatic support on a variety of projects, including designing and leading in person or virtual process related workshops
Analyze current state: Understand deficiencies with current processes and associated root causes
Design the future state: Partner with cross functional teams to design, pilot, and implement fit-for-purpose future state processes based on business objectives and requirements, Develop, analyze, and propose options that achieve objectives, balancing effort, cost, impact, and speed and Perform gap analysis
Create roadmaps and roll-out plans: Work with project teams to design an implementation approach and support roll-out
Implementation: Support the implementation and change management to embed and ensure adoption of new processes
Stakeholder management: Perform stakeholder analysis, ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and buy-in and Resolve stakeholder issues, escalating as needed
Change management: Drive change readiness and impact analysis, supporting the planning and execution of communications, and championing the changes
Educate on and leverage best practices: Apply and mentor teams on methodologies, tools, and best practices for analysis, solutioning, and deployment
Qualifications
8+ years leading cross-functional end-to-end process redesign, transformation, and improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Continuous Improvement Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferable
Fluency in translating business objectives and insights into optimal process design and user stories
Demonstrated ability to translate Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement tools and methodologies into simple, practical action
Success at leading cross-functional workshops and alignment events
Demonstrated success influencing senior leadership decision making, facilitating problem solving, and mediating conflict
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and action
Able to collaborate and influence cross functionally
