Agilus is recruiting for an Application Support Specialist in the Manufacturing industry in Brampton, Ontario. The Application Support Specialist, will provide user training and change management support during system implementations. They will administer the MS365 product suite and business systems, acting as a liaison between users and the Systems group. The role involves collaborating with team leaders to design and implement MS365 and business solutions, as well as training new and existing users. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver company-wide training programs, including product knowledge and MS365 (SharePoint, MS365, and other tools). Administer SharePoint sites, including managing user access and permissions. Drive a data-driven culture across the organization, collaborating with departments to ensure accurate and timely data capture. Automate business processes using MS365 Power Automate, creating workflows and forms. Support business applications, BI, data analytics, and reporting, including troubleshooting and database management. Collaborate with teams to implement application enhancements and support decision-making for business applications (MES, CRM, ERP). Provide change management support during system implementations and ensure smooth operations of MS Power Platforms. Develop and maintain training documentation and best practices to support ongoing learning across the organization. Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related Technology field/ Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of work experience with MS Power Platform (PowerBi, PowerApps, Power Automate) 5+ years of end user training, data analysis or data management, process improvement Skilled in presenting, training, and coaching key team members.
