This full time permanent Tuesday to Saturday position is responsible for excellent customer service through timely communications via telephone calls, emails & social media. A typical day: Manage & respond to company emails & phone calls Accurate reservation entry & follow up using FASTTRAK Assist with maintaining driver availability & dispatching trips as required Social Media Account Management Scheduling Tour bookings and confirming venues Assist with Administrative duties Successful candidates will have: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with a broad set of departments, clients and staff The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Creative problem solving and critical thinking capabilities as well as a keen eye for detail Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or Google Docs equivalent) and relevant social media platforms Proficiency in time management and priority setting and can work just as well independently as within a team Must have own reliable vehicle as this location is not on a transit route Total rewards: $19.00 - $22.00 hourly Annual pay increases to reflect Cost of Living 50% extended medical & dental coverage after 6 months 6 paid sick days (5 provincial mandated, plus 1 additional day) Special company employee pricing Casual work environment with a flexible schedule with an emphasis on work/life balance Operational philosophy of family and personal health first Company/employee participation in community support
