Agilus is recruiting for a Administrator - Full Time Permanent in the Retail Industry in Windsor, Ontario. The Administrator will be a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting administrative, customer service and scheduling tasks. A typical day: Promptly and courteously handle incoming calls from potential customers, successfully arranging appointments for Sales Consultants Maintain professionalism while addressing customer inquiries and concerns over the phone, ensuring a positive interaction Provide support to customers visiting the showroom. Aid the Account Coordinator (AC) in administrative tasks such as paperwork, scheduling installations and service appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service Input and manage all lead and scheduling data in our CRM systems. Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections efforts Prepare comprehensive document packages for Installers to utilize during installations Organize and maintain office documentation, monitor and replenish office supplies as needed and keep track of petty cash expenses and generate replenishment report. Offer assistance to the Branch Manager upon request The successful candidate brings: 2 to 4 years experience in a customer service and administrative position Experience in scheduling Skilled in utilizing a variety of programs, including the MS Office suite and CRM Flexible and eager to learn and grow within the role Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and adept at multitasking What's in it for you: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly Attractive compensation package, benefits and vacation Established organization with a longstanding presence in Windsor-Essex Collaborate with a team, fostering excellent professional growth Monday to Friday, dayshift and the occasional Saturdays We want to connect with you!
