Agilus is recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator in the Retail Industry in a hybrid work environment in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
Be a subject-matter-expert on processes within the Salesforce.com platform.
Provide consultancy to the business on leveraging CRM-based tools to optimize new and existing workflows.
Monitor support & request tickets submitted by the business & end-users, and provide timely resolution based on severity & SLAs.
Work with key stakeholders (product & business owners, internal & vendor partners, user groups) to understand and document business problems & processes.
Work closely with product owners within the organization to be familiar with all latest enhancements and issues that may impact Salesforce.com-related processes.
Promote and engage a culture of continuous feedback, with a focus on improvement, employee efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
Successful candidates will have:
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (enterprise-level preferred).
Fluent in navigation of the Salesforce user-interface (Classic & Lightning), including user administration (profiles, roles, permission set assignments).
Familiar with basic customization within the Salesforce.com platform: custom objects & fields, page layouts, and flows.
Familiar with SOQL/SQL and monitoring of Apex execution (debug log, Apex jobs).
Familiar with the use of Salesforce Data Loader and the preparation of data required.
Understanding of the primary Salesforce.com programmatic technologies is an asset: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Fluent in creation of custom reports & dashboards, including scheduling of refreshes as required.
Understanding of web-integrations (REST/SOAP) and related tools is an asset.
An ideal candidate has:
2+ years in a corporate role for a retailer is preferred.
Established track-record of collaborating with business stakeholders to assist in creating solutions and processes that meet business needs, and focus on efficiency and security.
Have strong change-management skills.
Bachelor’s Degree (technology-related is preferred), or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and other certifications are an asset.
French language speaking/writing an asset.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; can effectively communicate with a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
