We're working with our client in North York who are looking to hire a Commercial Property Accountant to join their fantastic team. Perfect person for the role is someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done, someone who is happy to help and brings a positive attitude to the team. Responsibilities: Monthly financial statements, intercompany balances, and reconciliations Preparing year-end TMI reconciliations Monthly HST reconciliations and returns Reviewing purchase orders and preparing AP journals Coordinating with realty tax consultant Putting together the operating budget for properties Managing the general ledger and annual working paper files for a commercial portfolio Requirements: 3+ years of experience working directly as a Commercial Property Accountant Working Experience with Yardi and CaseWare Advanced Excel user Experience with year-end working papers preparation Post-secondary in relevant field What's in it for you: 80K - 85K annually Permanent Position 3 weeks paid time off plus 6 personal days Attractive benefits package after 3 months Location: North York Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm full-time onsite Ready!
