Agilus is recruiting for a Soldering Technician in the Manufacturing Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our Client is looking to add a Solderer to their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate for this role brings with them previous soldering experience and has experience working in an electro-mechanical facility/environment. Responsibilities: Performs various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering Consults production schedule to prepare work area and equipment Collaborates with teammates and engineers Gathers components needed to meet production schedules Sets up equipment and solders components together Requirements: Previous experience as a Solderer, required High School Diploma, minimum Experience working in a manufacturing environment Soft skills: Strong communication and ability to work independently What's in it for you: At least $18 per hour, compensation can be reviewed based on experience Weekly pay and 4% vacation pay Long-term employment with internal opportunities for growth and career-development
