Software Developer, Microsoft Dynamics

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement full-stack solutions using Microsoft technologies, including .Net, C#, SQL, and other relevant tools.
  • Build, test, and maintain custom applications on the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365.
  • Configure and create Dynamics 365 plug-ins and web resources.
  • Leverage cloud resources like Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions to support application infrastructure.
  • Collaborate within agile DevOps teams, adhering to SAFe practices in enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Oversee the CI/CD development cycle, encompassing design, development, integration, building, testing, and release phases.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft development tools, including .Net, C#, and SQL.
  • Strong web and mobile framework experience, such as Angular, React, Flutter, or Blazor.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly within Azure cloud environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 development, including plug-ins and web resources.
  • Experience mentoring team members and leading development projects.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture.
