We are seeking a motivated professional to provide compliance oversight and support for fraud and risk mitigation efforts across multiple service centers in Ontario. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster positive stakeholder relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and lead initiatives that uphold the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with business guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and monitor employee adherence to defined operational standards and best practices.
  • Identify, assess, and report risk areas while proposing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and implement initiatives that improve business processes and integrity.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead investigations into potential fraud and unethical activities in collaboration with integrity managers.
  • Support employee performance management and deliver training on compliance protocols.
  • Provide timely reports and insights to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all personnel and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in compliance, risk management, or operations oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of fraud prevention, risk evaluation, and investigative processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Valid G license and ability to travel locally (approximately 25% travel required).

Education

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in law enforcement, private investigation or loss prevention
