Spaces are limited! To secure your spot, complete our pre-screening application below and make sure to upload the following documents:

  • A copy of your passport
  • A copy of your driver’s license
  • A copy of your five-year driving abstract (Issuance within 90 days from the requested date)
  • If you are a paramedic graduate, your university certification or transcript
  • If you are a current student, a letter or certificate of graduation indicating you are currently enrolled in an accredited paramedic training program. If you don’t have the requested document, please request it from your university and have it on hand at the time of your interview.
  • Copy of your COVID vaccination
  • Skilled certifications if available (e.g., BLS, ITLS, ACLS, etc.)
  • A copy of your most recent physical assessment, if available
